高級工程師 (只限英文版)

工作範圍
  • Lead a working team to carry out planning, supervising and administering all repair, maintenance,
  • additions & alterations and project works of building services systems, M&E and HV electrical installation
  • Liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties for various development projects
  • Monitor and control budget, appraise and check design methods, procedures and standards to ensure work safety and quality
資歷
  • Bachelor Degree in Building Services, Electrical Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum 7 years relevant working experience of which at least 3 years in supervisory capacity
  • Solid knowledge and experience in planning, design, project / construction management, contract administration for fit-out projects and building facilities repair & maintenance works, and experience in taking leading role on renovation / power supply upgrading improvement projects of warehouse building are preferrable
  • Relevant experience in assisting the Manager of resource planning and monitoring on facilities engineering tasks
  • Grade C0, H0 in Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker are preferable
  • Proactive in organizational development to cope with the anticipated dynamic changes in future
  • Strong leadership, good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in written and spoken English & Chinese, good Mandarin
  • Conversant with PC applications
  • Service oriented and able to work under pressure
  • With valid driving license preferable

二級碼頭規劃分析主任 (只限英文版)

工作範圍
  • Participate in terminal development and upgrade projects in Hong Kong and / or Mainland
  • Perform analysis and define the medium to long term terminal upgrade, improvement and expansion plan
  • Work with internal and external parties including consultants, government authorities and other stakeholders in different projects
  • Perform statistical analysis / modelling, cost-benefit analysis and workflow analysis for preparing project proposals for equipment and infrastructure projects
資歷
  • Degree in Operation Research, Industrial Engineering, Quantitative Analysis, Operations Management, Logistics Management, or related discipline
  • At least 2 years relevant experience in project planning, execution or related duties
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
  • Proficiency in quantitative analysis is preferred
  • Strong PC skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good team player, proactive, able to work independently
  • Good communication and documentation skills
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Terminal Planning Trainee
