在職培訓計劃 

• 如成功受聘為學徒， 將接受為期3-4年有關機械工程的學徒訓練計劃

The job holder's major responsibilities are to:

• Provide complete and accurate tariff information to generate customer invoices in a timely manner
• Investigate incorrect invoices in the billing system and provide system solutions
• Collaborate with different departments to gather system requirements and implement system enhancements
• Identify potential areas for improvement in the business process and procedures
• Manage the implementation of new system changes to cope with business requirements
• Communicate effectively with internal departments and handle enquiries

The ideal candidate should have / be:

• Degree holder in Accounting, Business Administration, Transportation & Logistics or related discipline with at least 3 years of relevant experience, or
• Diploma holder with at least 5 years relevant experience
• Experience in using Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) systems, billing/ invoice systems and/or terminal operating systems
• Conversant with full MS Office applications
• Knowledge of shipping line and supply chain industry will be an advantage
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
• Equipped with problem solving, planning and organizing skills
• Good communication and presentation skills

The job holder’s major responsibilities are to:

• Maintain and update vessel schedule in system
• Liaise with Kwai Chung terminals/ Liners on services details and add owner
• Coordinate daily scheduling updates to Lines
• Coordinate with internal / external parties including berth and resource coordination
• Support the daily activities of berth allocation / resources planning
• Prepare operational and analyze reports

The ideal candidate should have / be:

• Degree holder in related discipline with 1 year relevant experience; or
• Diploma holder with 4 years relevant experience, or
• Form 5 or above with 6 years relevant experience
• Experience in terminal operations or shipping industries is an advantage
• Proficient in MS application and preferably with experience in NAVIS berth scheduler
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
• Good planning and organizing, problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated, initiative and customer oriented
• Able to work independently and effectively in a fast‑paced operational environment

The job holder’s major responsibilities are to:

• Work closely with shipping lines and internal parties to plan for vessel operations
• Handle all documents and enquiries related stowage & cargo planning
• Ensure vessel departure with seaworthy and safe conditions by precise vessel stowage plans
• Liaise with Chief officer / Master of Vessel upon ship arrival and departure in respect with vessel operations
• Solve stowage-related problems and provide professional solutions

The ideal candidate should have / be:

• Degree holder in related discipline with 1 year relevant experience; or
• Diploma holder with 4 years relevant experience, or
• Form 5 or above with 6 years relevant experience
• Experience in ship planning and terminal operations is an advantage

The job holder’s major responsibilities are to:

• Manage yard allocations, monitoring operation process and yard utilization levels
• Dynamic update yard allocation for keeping operation smooth
• Create housekeeping and internal moves as required
• Work efficiency by collaborated with planning and execution parties
• Report any irregular activities to Duty Manager
• Prepare ITT job to transfer container between Kwai-Tsing Terminals
• Observe coming 48 hrs ITT volume and arrange proper ITT trucks resource
• Solve ITT enquiry, close communicate with neighbor terminals to ensure ITT operation effectivity
• Handle enquiry on ITT operations from external parties and ITT truck drivers

The ideal candidate should have / be:

• Degree holder in related discipline with 1 year relevant experience; or
• Diploma holder with 4 years relevant experience, or
• Form 5 or above with 6 years relevant experience
• Conversant with PC and Microsoft Office application (Word and Excel)
• Able to handle daily documents and emails in English

• 處理及解決遠洋貨櫃船上及堆場內日常運作中出現的相關問題
• 監督前線人員，包括一般碼頭工人及承辦商員工的日常工作，並確保其工作安全
• 如遠洋貨櫃船上或堆場操作時發生意外，需為事故進行調查並撰寫報告

• 持有相關學士學位，並具有1年相關經驗;

            或 持有文憑，並具有4年相關經驗;

            或 中五以上程度，並具有6年相關經驗

• 基本英文及良好的中文書寫及口語能力
• 具貨櫃碼頭運作及督導工作經驗
• 持有有效駕駛執照（第 1 及 2 類牌照）
• 具備操作叉式起重車（鏟車）之知識及經驗者優先
• 具備基本電腦操作知識，例如 Microsoft Word、Excel 等
• 良好的解決問題能力、人際及溝通技巧
• 勤奮、主動及有上進心
• 願意從事戶外及輪班工作 (包括通宵班)
